Eligibility Criteria

Level I: PRT (Class I–V)

• Senior Secondary (10+2) with at least 50% marks and passed/appearing in 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education / Special Education / B.E.Ed. OR
• Senior Secondary with 45% marks and passed/appearing in 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education / Special Education / B.E.Ed. OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in any stream with 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education / Special Education / B.E.Ed.

Level II: TGT (Class VI–VIII)

• Bachelor’s Degree with 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education. OR
• Bachelor’s Degree with 50% marks and B.Ed./Special B.Ed. OR
• 10+2 with 50% marks and 4-year B.A. B.Ed. / B.Com. B.Ed. degree.

Level III: PGT (Class IX–XII)

• Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks and B.Ed. degree.

How to Apply for HTET 2024

1. Visit the official website and read the HTET 2024 Notification carefully.
2. Register online between 04/11/2024 to 15/11/2024 or during the re-open period 01-05 June 2025.
3. Ensure you have all required documents: scanned photo, signature, ID proof, handwriting sample, and academic certificates.
4. Fill in all the details carefully. Double-check all fields before submitting.
5. Pay the required application fee as per your category.
6. After final submission, take a printout of the submitted application form for your records
