Except English Language, all tests will be available in English & Hindi with separate timing for each section.
• Minimum qualifying marks: 40% (General & EWS), 35% (Reserved). Bank may change/waive criteria.
• Negative marking: 0.25 mark for each wrong answer. Unattempted questions carry no penalty.
• Cumulative marks of all four sections will be used for merit and further shortlisting.
Eligibility
- Education: Graduation in any discipline OR professional qualification (CA / CMA / Engineering / Medical), including Integrated Dual Degree, from a recognized University/Institute.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience as an Officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank.
- Language: Proficiency in the local language of the applied State is mandatory.
Salary & Selection Process
Pay Scale (JMGS-I): ₹ 48,480 – 2000/7 – 62,480 – 2340/2 – 67,160 – 2680/7 – 85,920/-
Selection Process: Online Test → Psychometric/other suitable test → Group Discussion and/or Interview. Depending on applications, the bank may adopt MCQ/Descriptive/Psychometric/Group Discussion/Interview or a mix thereof.
Meeting eligibility alone does not guarantee an interview call. Preliminary screening/shortlisting will apply.
