How to Fill the Online Form for UPCATET 2025

2. Complete the New Registration
3. Log in to fill academic and personal details
4. Upload required documents (photo and signature)
5. Pay the application fee
6. Print a copy of the submitted application form

Photo Instructions: Passport-size color photo with candidate’s name, father’s name, and photo date printed. Take 15 copies as per Page 25 in official notification. UPCATET Exam 2025

Signature: Must be done using a black ball pen.
